Njeri is the Co-Founder of PAWA254, Nairobi’s first unique social enterprise that uses Art for Social Change in what is now widely known as ARTivism. Njeri has a vast experience in event planning and management that she has done since 2005. She is the organizer of the only street festival in the region, dubbed PAWA FESTIVAL in Nairobi since 2015. She is also the organizer of the annual Kenya Photography Awards and the World Press Photo Exhibition in the streets of Nairobi as well.
Njeri is an activist and a Human Rights Defender. She is a frontline activist who has been seen in the activism arena fighting for Human Rights and against corruption and impunity in Kenya. She is passionate about family, women and youth empowerment which she has been doing at PAWA254 since 2009 working with youth across the country in the arts to create social change in Kenya.
Njeri is an avid biker and a Road Safety Ambassador in the East Africa Region.
